You watch a 15-second video: a woman in a café recommends a cookie and, at the end, says where to buy it. You watch it all and keep scrolling.
Behind those 15 seconds, someone did 9 different jobs, in order.
The 9 jobs of a video
- The face. The same person in every video.
- What to say. Today's topic and its script.
- How to say it. The voice, the emotion and the pace.
- The hook. What stops the thumb in the first second.
- The open question. What keeps people watching to the end.
- The ending. One clear action at the end.
- Closing what you opened. Answering every question the video raised.
- How to post it. On which network and with which text.
- When to post it. Which day, at what time and how often.
Each one has its own lesson in modules 4, 5 and 7. Here it is enough to see the whole list, at once.
“They may be able to do it with AI, but everything is everywhere on their computer, here and there. They get lost, and they don't know what to do with all that stuff.”

The 5 jobs of a graphics pack
- The brief. What the business sells, to whom, and what this week's offer is.
- The real product. Real photos as a reference, inventing nothing.
- One message per graphic. So it is understood in one second.
- The same look in every size. Post, story and cover.
- Corrections and delivery. The changes the client asks for, and the final files.
And if you sell it to a business
The selling jobs are added: finding the business, getting to know it, writing to it, writing again, getting paid and delivering every month. You will see them in module 8.
Each job, on its own, can be learned. The tiredness comes when you carry all 14 at once, each in a different tool, and have to remember where you saved everything.
