“Is it real?”: 3 honest answers for messages and doubts

Publish and answer people · Lesson 6 of 6

A phone on a wooden table, with a conversation open on the screen and a hand about to type.

Your video has been up for two days and the first long comment arrives: “Is this lady real or is it AI?”

Your finger freezes over the screen. You think that if you say yes, you lose that person. And if you do not answer, the doubt stays written under your video for everyone.

Say yes, and say what is real

Coaches who sell AI videos to businesses give the same advice: when people ask if it is AI, say yes, plainly. Then say what is real: the product, the price, the person who answers.

The line you never cross: presenting an AI influencer as if it were a customer who bought and gives their own opinion. One sales coach calls that a sign of deception, and whoever discovers it does not come back.

“Yes, it is a person created with artificial intelligence. The product is real, and if you have a question, I will answer you myself.”

The 3 doubts that come most often

  1. Is it real? Say yes, it is AI, and name what is real. One sentence, without apologizing.
  2. Does it work? Show real proof if you have it: a screenshot, a customer's message with their permission. If you do not have it yet, say what you know and what you do not. Never invent a testimonial.
  3. Is it for me? How much is it? Answer directly, with the price or with a question, and give one next step.

One sales coach puts it this way: a customer question nobody answers turns into an objection. That is why every doubt deserves an answer, even a short one.

One doubt, one video

When the same question arrives three times, you have the topic of your next video. Answering it once in front of everyone saves you answering it a hundred times by message.

Example: if people often ask whether your course works for someone who never had plants, that is a 20-second video with the answer.

The AI label

Several networks ask you to mark content made with AI. Follow your network's rule. An account that says so from the start has less to explain later.

How would you rather do it?

Nobody sees your answer: it is just for you.
