On Monday you post 3 videos, full of energy. On Tuesday, 2 more. By Thursday you have no ideas left, and your account sits still for two weeks.
When you come back, the few people who used to see you no longer do. And you wonder how often you were supposed to post.
“How to publish it. When to publish it. All that stuff, people get lost.”

What the coaches say
They do not agree. One says one post a day is enough at the start. Another asks for 10 a day. Between the two there is common ground:
- One social media coach sets the floor at 5 videos a week. With fewer, it takes you a long time to learn what works.
- The same coach sets the ceiling at one a day on the same account.
- Another warns that stopping for several weeks makes the network distrust your account.
The rule that comes out of this is simple: a pace you can keep up for months beats one week of enthusiasm.
And the time of day
No single time works for everyone. The best one is when your buyer looks at their phone: early for someone who works in a shop, at night for someone who gets home tired.
Business accounts on social networks show the hours when your audience is online. Check that number once a week and adjust.
A sample week
So you do not run out of ideas on Thursday, pick 3 to 5 fixed topics and rotate between them. Example for someone who sells a gardening course:
- Monday: a common mistake with plants.
- Tuesday: a student's question, answered.
- Wednesday: a plant anyone can look after.
- Thursday: another common mistake.
- Friday: what someone learns in the first lesson of the course.
An example, not a promise. It is one way to organize the week, and it does not say how many people will see you.
Who keeps the calendar
You keep the calendar, in a notebook or on your phone. UGC Viral Studio saves every idea and every script in one place, so on Thursday you know what is next and where it is.
