Third month with the bakery. You delivered everything on time.
One Tuesday a message arrives from the owner: “And what am I getting for what I pay?”
One coach who sells AI videos to businesses warns that this question comes sooner or later, and that the answer has to bring concrete numbers.
Every month, in the same order
- Scripts first. You send them to the client and wait for approval before producing.
- One client per session. One UGC creator never mixes two clients in the same stretch of work.
- The same face all month. You always start from the same base image of the person, so video 8 looks like video 1.
- The delivery, with the files and a short note.
One person at the business approves the scripts and gathers the comments. If each employee asks for a different change, the month never ends.
Show what they got
A short report, every month:
- what you delivered: how many videos and how many graphics;
- what each network shows, with the numbers the client shares with you or that you can see;
- which messages or bookings came from those videos, if the client counts them;
- what is not known yet;
- what you propose for next month.
Write only what can be seen. Views and sales are different numbers, and never promise sales.
Ask for the next step
When a job is approved, ask for one thing only: a bigger package, a monthly plan or a written recommendation. One UGC creator asks it like this:
“Would you be open to a retainer to ensure that we can continue working together?”

Prices go up for new clients, when your calendar is full. For those who have been with you from the start, you keep terms that work for both of you.
Everything in one place
In UGC Viral Studio each client has their projects, their videos and their deliveries in one place. You write the report, with everything in view. When the owner asks what they got, it is all there.
