You sent the 12 graphics to the shop owner on WhatsApp. During the day, three voice messages come in.
"On the third one the bottle looks darker." "On the seventh, change 'promo' to 'offer'." "And Saturday's, can it say we're open until 8?"
You open your folder. There are three versions of the seventh and you don't know which one you sent him. You play the voice notes again so you don't miss any change.
"Don't lose your work anywhere. Remember where you put your stuff."

One round of corrections, in one list
- Send the whole pack at once, with each graphic numbered.
- Ask for the corrections in a single message: the graphic's number and the change.
- Fix only those. The rest stay as they are.
- Check the whole corrected pack before you send it again.
A list like that fits in a single message, and afterwards nobody has to remember what they said in a voice note at three in the afternoon.
The approval, in writing
When the pack is right, ask for a "yes, approved" by message. That message protects you both: what you deliver is what the client approved. If they ask for another change later, that is a new round.
How many rounds of corrections your price includes is a decision made before you start. We cover it in module 8.
The delivery
The client gets each graphic in each size, ready to post:
- with names that make sense, for example "offer-bottle-story";
- all together, in a single download;
- only the approved versions.

What you take from this page
Corrections are part of the job. One list, one written approval and a tidy delivery make the client want next week's pack.
