The bakery owner replies: “I really liked it. How much do you charge?”
You stare at the screen. You do not have a number, and any number you type seems too high or too low.
First, two questions
One UGC creator, in a real meeting with a client, asks two things before giving a price: how much content they need and how much they want to invest. With those two answers you build a price that fits them.
What others charge
These are prices other companies publish. They do not say how much you will charge.
Look at where your client is: the same work is priced differently in each country.
“When working with brands from abroad, you charge much closer to the global range.”

A first package, then a plan
- A closed first package. A few pieces, one month, everything in writing: how many videos, how many graphics and when you deliver them.
- A deposit before you start. Previews carry a watermark until the payment arrives.
- The monthly plan, once the first package went well. Example: 4 videos and 8 graphics every month, in the same style.
Before you give any number, decide your minimum price privately. If the client asks for a discount, you take pieces out of the package and the price of each piece stays the same.
Changes and usage rights
- Rounds of changes, in writing. One coach puts 3 in her contracts. One person at the business gathers the comments, and a new request is new work, with its own price.
- Where it is used: on its social accounts, or also in paid ads. Some coaches charge separately for use in ads.
- For how long, and in which countries.
- Exclusivity: if they ask you not to work for their competitors, that request has a price. In a micro-niche, their competitors are your market.
UGC Viral Studio prepares the draft of your quote, with the deposit line. You set up the contract separately, and it is worth paying a lawyer once to review your template.
