You posted 3 videos last week. 4 people wrote to ask the price.
You want to make more videos like the one that worked. You look at your phone and do not know which one it was: the messages do not say which video each person saw.
Without a note on each video, you choose the next one by guesswork.

The 3 numbers of each video
Seven days after posting a video, open that video's statistics on the network where you posted it and copy three numbers:
- How many people kept watching after second 3, as a percentage. It tells you if the opening worked.
- How many people watched to the end, as a percentage. It tells you if the middle held their attention.
- How many saved it or clicked. It tells you if someone wanted to do something.
To know which video brought each message, use a different word in the ending of each one: «message me BREAD» in one, «message me OVEN» in another. When the message arrives, the word tells you which video it came from.
Three possible answers
With those three numbers, each video gets one of three answers:
- Stop: almost nobody got past second 3. The opening fails, so the next video starts differently.
- Adjust: people stayed, but few reached the end or did anything. You keep the opening and change the middle or the ending.
- Repeat: they stayed, reached the end and saved it. You make another one of the same kind, with a new opening.
An example, not a promise: a video with 18 % after second 3 is stopped; one with 40 %, 22 % and 31 saves is repeated; one with 35 %, 9 % and 4 saves is adjusted.
What the app does, and what it does not
In UGC Viral Studio, when you post a video you mark it as posted. After 7 days, the app reminds you:
- you copy the 3 numbers from the network's statistics;
- the app tells you if that video should stop, be adjusted or be repeated;
- the answer is saved next to the video.
The app does not read your views or your sales on its own. You copy the numbers, and you count the words from each ending.
One habit per video
One video, seven days, three numbers. After a month you have a list of which openings worked with your buyer and which did not, and you repeat fewer of the mistakes you already paid for.
